Monday

Mondays are tough! I like to use this day to do something I love. An example would be starting the week off strong with leg day.
On leg day I like to do:
-
3 sets of 10 lunges
-
3 sets of 10 squats
-
3 sets of 10 goblet squats (same form as a normal squat except you hold a dumbbell)

If you have workout machines handy, I like to do 3 sets of 10 leg extensions
-
3 sets of 10 calf raises
Then I finish off the workout with the stairmaster!
On leg day I like to wear leggings to make sure I have the proper form. I recommend the luna leggings paired with the long sleeve split shirt in graphite.
Tuesday

Tuesday's are all about the upper-body.
I focus on back and bicep.

3 sets of 10 hammer curls

3 sets of 10 bicep curl

3 sets of 10 static curl

3 sets of 10 wide grip lat pulldown

3 sets of 10 close grip lat pulldown

3 sets of 10 dumbbell bent over row

On BB day (back and bicep) I like to wear joggers and a t-shirt. For this workout I would recommend the movement joggers in purple haze with the oversized t-shirt in luna black.
